ESWP: The Business of Brownfields: Exhibitor's Information Page

Dear Exhibitor of the “Business of Brownfields” Conference,

We are very excited to have you as an exhibitor for the conference, and we’re sure you and your company will contribute to a well-rounded brownfields educational program. In preparation for exhibiting, we ask that you review the following information for exhibiting at The “Business of Brownfields” Conference, April 17 & 18, 2008 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Pittsburgh, PA - 3rd Floor - City Side. Rooms 302-305.

For your immediate attention, please respond to the following two forms, so that we may advance register your booth personnel & include your company information in our Conference Program Guide.

  • Exhibitor Registration Form (All Exhibit Booths come with 2 free full registrations.) Please complete this form immediately
  • Exhibitor Description (Please provide the following information immediately, so that this information can be included in the on-site Conference Guide.

From our previous “Business of Brownfields” Conferences, it has been our experience that most exhibitors use a “pop-up” type display, and distribute printed literature at their booths. Please note that your booth space does not provide any tables/chairs or power supply. With that thought in mind, we emphasize the following four documents for your consideration:

  • Electrical Order Form
  • Furniture order form
  • Exhibitor Work Rules (If transporting your own display material into the Convention Center, ESWP suggests using the elevators nearest to the Parking garage entrance at 10th Street)
  • Driving directions to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center

For the convenience of all “BoB” Exhibitors, ESWP has provided union labor to assist in your load-in / departure to / from the Exhibit Hall. Laborers will be on duty on Thursday, April 17 from 7:30AM until 11:30AM at the DLCC Loading docks, and again on Friday April 18 from 12:00noon until 2:00pm.
