Dear Exhibitor of the “Business of Brownfields” Conference,

We are very excited to have you as an exhibitor for the conference, and we’re sure you and your company will contribute to a well-rounded brownfields educational program. In preparation for exhibiting, we ask that you review the following information for exhibiting at The “Business of Brownfields” Conference, April 20th and 21st, 2010 at the Sheraton Station Square Hotel, Pittsburgh, PA on the first floor, Admiral Room.

For your immediate attention, please respond to the following two forms, so that we may advance register your booth personnel & include your company information in our Conference Program Guide.

From our previous “Business of Brownfields” Conferences, it has been our experience that most exhibitors use a “pop-up” type display, and distribute printed literature at their booths. Please note that your booth space does not provide any tables/chairs or power supply. With that thought in mind, we emphasize the following information for your consideration:

• All incoming packages are subject to package handling fees based on the following matrix.  Please note boxes on-site will not be delivered to meeting rooms unless receiving guest is available for a signature.

  0 to 5 pounds:        $5.00 each
  6 to 20 pounds:      $10.00 each
  21 to 50 pounds:    $15.00 each
  Over 50                  $25.00 each
  Crates                    $75.00 each * Fee may increase based on size & weight of crate
  Pallets                    $75.00 each

• Please do not have packages arrive any earlier then (3) business days prior to the event.

• Any postage shipping or freight charges applied to the materials being sent to or from the hotel is the responsibility of the client.
  
  
• The hotel will hold and store items left after from an event for no more then (3) business days.  If storage exceeds that a $25.00 per item/day storage fee with be added
