AUTHOR OBLIGATION TO THE INTERNATIONAL BRIDGE CONFERENCE®: The IBC reserves the right of FIRST PUBLICATION of any papers accepted for PRESENTATION. If an author has a paper accepted for presentation, he/she must not submit it elsewhere for publication without the consent of the IBC COMMITTEE. If published by IBC, the paper becomes the copyright property of IBC.

It is recognized by the Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania that the authors reserve the following: (1) All proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights. (2) The right to use all or part of the article in future works of their own, such as lectures, press releases, reviews, textbooks, or reprint books. Rights to reprint article from the IBC Proceedings may be granted provided the International Bridge Conference® receives a written request from the intended publisher and written concurrence from the author.
