Congratulations on being accepted as a Presenting Author at the 29th Annual International Bridge Conference®!
We hope that this web site will function as a reference source for you as you prepare for your Conference experience.
EACH PRESENTATION WILL BE 25 MINUTES IN LENGTH INCLUDING Q&A.
You may choose to read these files on-line or save them to your computer for future reference. You must however, have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open these files -- a free version may be obtained at: www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

FEBRUARY– Registration and Resume Due
Presenting Author Information, 75-word abstract, brief bio or CV and Co-Author information is due to the IBC on February 10, 2012. These materials will allow the IBC to publicize your presentation and allow your Session Chair to introduce you during your Session at the Conference. Please submit the above information by visiting the IBC Presenting Authors Form.
We request that your Conference Registration be handled by February 10, 2012 to ensure that it is processed correctly.
Please note that the discounted rate is for Presenting Authors Only. Co-Authors planning on attending the Conference must register using the regular registration form located on the IBC Web Site (on line registration available in Mid February).

APRIL– Preliminary Paper and Final Logistical Arrangements
Items due by April 20, 2012: These include a copy of your paper (for review by your Session Chair prior to the Conference) and any special AV orders.

You must pre-submit your electronic presentation in PowerPoint no later than May 18, 2012. Simply email your files to c.stellfox@eswp.com or mail a CD-ROM to the IBC Conference Offices. All files submitted by that date will be pre-loaded and waiting for you in your Session Room at the Conference.
Also Hotel Reservations are due if you require them. Requests after this date may not be honored for the discounted rate. Click here for link.
JUNE 10-13, 2012 – International Bridge Conference®
JULY - Electronic Version of Paper Due for Publication
A PDF version of your Final Paper is due for Publication on or before July 6, 2012. You may make edits and resubmit, otherwise the Preliminary Paper will be used. Simply indicate your choice on the Author’s Fax Back Form below, and return the form to the conference office.
Failure to submit your Paper by July 6 may result in non-publication. Please consult the instructions or contact the IBC Offices if you have any questions.
