We hope that this web site will function as a reference source for you as you prepare for your Conference experience.

MARCH– Author’s Information Package
Your Author’s Information Package (AIP) including registration, a 50-word summary of your intended presentation, and a brief bio or CV or the Presenting Author is due to the IBC on March 14, 2008. These materials will allow the IBC to publicize your presentation and allow your Session Chair to introduce you during your Session at the Conference. We request that your Conference registration be handled in February to ensure that it is processed correctly. Please note that the discounted rate is for Presenting Authors Only. Co-Authors planning on attending the Conference must register using the regular registration form located on the IBC Web Site.
If you believe you’ll need an extension, please contact our offices as soon as possible to make arrangements.

MAY – Preliminary Paper and Final Logistical Arrangements
Several items are due in May. These include a copy of your paper (for review by your Session Chair prior to the Conference), any special AV orders and a final reminder for Hotel reservations if you require them. JUNE 2-4, 2008 – International Bridge Conference®
You must pre-submit your electronic presentation in PowerPoint no later than Monday, May 23, 2008. Simply email your files to r.bock@eswp.com or mail a CD-ROM to the IBC Conference Offices. All files submitted by that date will be pre-loaded and waiting for you in your Session Room at the Conference.
A Speakers’ Lounge will be available from Sunday evening June 1 through Wednesday morning June 4 so that you may review your visual aids and rehearse before your presentation if you wish. A copy of your PowerPoint submittal will be available for you in this location as well.
JULY 7, 2008 - Electronic Version of Paper Due for Publication
A PDF version of your Final Paper is due for Publication on or before this date. You may choose to have us use your earlier submission from May or you may make edits and resubmit. Simply indicate your choice on the Author’s Fax Back Form below, and return the form to the conference office.
Failure to submit your Paper by July 7 may result in non-publication. Please consult the instructions or contact the IBC Offices if you have any questions.
