The International Bridge Conference® (IBC) will celebrate 30 years as the world’s premier bridge conference. As part of this notable milestone we are pleased to offer several sponsorship opportunities to you in association with this very special anniversary celebration. Well-attended and well-received annually, the IBC is the pre-eminent forum for the bridge industry and an opportunity to network with your peers. The 30th annual IBC will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from June 2-6, 2013, but it is not too soon to begin planning (and budgeting) for this event!
IBC sponsorship provides your company the opportunity to reach a large and diverse group of bridge industry professionals. Past IBC conferences have attracted over 1,500 participants from around the world. The IBC Executive Committee works diligently to expand the attendance by reaching out to other bridge industry groups to sponsor technical sessions or hold co-meetings. Thanks to these efforts and the move to the enlarged Pittsburgh Convention Center, record breaking attendance is expected.
Sponsorship provides your company an exceptional opportunity to show your organization’s commitment to the advancement of the bridge industry. Sponsorship levels open the doors to a targeted and highly influential group of bridge industry professionals from around the globe. When your company sponsors an event, you will:
The IBC has established four sponsorship levels providing various opportunities for promotion at the conference based on your investment. Also, the IBC has several “a la carte” sponsorships available if you would like to take advantage of them, some of which are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Sponsorship details and the number of available participants are explained in greater detail in the sponsorship opportunities sheet. (Some sponsorship options may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum participation is not met, those organizations who have already responded will be given the option to apply their investment to another sponsorship.)
We hope that your company will consider this unique opportunity to become a key sponsor of the bridge industry’s premier technical conference, and the 30th Anniversary of the IBC. Please feel free to contact the IBC Conference Manager, Cori Stellfox (firstname.lastname@example.org, 412-261-0710, ext. 11), should you have any questions and/or like to discuss these opportunities in more detail. Thank you for your time and consideration in promoting our industry.
