Call for Papers Abstract
Submittal
We are currently accepting Abstract Submittals for the 2012 Conference, November 4-8, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
The Deadline for Abstract Submittals is Friday, March 2, 2012.
INSTRUCTIONS:
While they should include explicit details, abstracts are summaries
of papers. Abstract length is a maximum of 250 words plus supporting
data.
Papers should describe completed studies or programs or descriptions
of work in progress with significant intermediate results . They are
25 minutes in presentation length, followed by a 10-minute prepared
discussion. Case histories discussing solutions to problems are desirable, especially
by end-users. Papers describing new technical advancements including
supporting data, are particularly welcome.
The IWC does not permit papers containing marketing commercialization
and does not allow more than one use of trade names or logos in papers
and presentations. Thereafter generic identification is required for
all products and companies. Authors selected for presentation must register
through normal registration procedures.
Final sessions will be selected on the basis of abstracts submitted.
All accepted manuscripts must be prepared in accordance
with the IWC Guidelines
for Paper Publication and Presentation, which will be provided to
the selected authors.
