The IWC is the world’s premier Conference for understanding and
dealing with the technical and business challenges of industrial water
treatment. IWC presents the latest in scientific advances and practical
applications in this field, cutting across a wide range of industries and
functional areas. As the preeminent international technical forum in the
field, the IWC will bring together end users, researchers, practicing
engineers, managers, educators, suppliers and contractors. It is
dedicated to advancing new developments in the treatment, use and reuse
of water for industrial and engineering purposes.
What
can the attendee learn?
The International Water Conference® (IWC) has always been a strong
educational conference. Attendees come to learn about the latest
applications available in the industrial water treatment industry,
educate themselves in current technology and applications through
attendance in IWC workshops, and network heavily with their peers active
in water treatment.
The technical sessions cover all aspects of water treatment and
include but are not limited to:

How
can I participate?
Please visit The IWC Call for Papers online
form to have your paper considered for presentation at the IWC.
In addition to the broad educational and networking opportunities
being offered, the IWC invites you to participate through our unique
Prepared Discussion program. Each Paper presentation at the Conference is
followed by a Prepared Discussion -- a thoroughly considered, different
perspective on the topic. This is followed by an open floor discussion at
which time all audience members and presenters can fully interact -- ask
questions, seek clarification, raise alternative viewpoints. If you would
like more information on participating as a discusser, please e-mail
Stephanie Mueller (s.mueller@eswp.com)
to request more information.
We believe your company will find this unique technical conference an
enjoyable experience to network and market your products & services.
We will be pleased to send you additional information as a potential
exhibitor or as an Info-Share Suite Holder, just send an e-mail to Stephanie Mueller (s.mueller@eswp.com)
with your name, company address, phone, fax, e-mail, and area of
interest.
If you are interested only in attending, please visit our mailing list request form, so that we may add
you to the list to receive all of our marketing materials.
IWC Merit Award
Each year, the International Water Conference® presents the Annual Merit Award to honor outstanding individuals in the field of industrial water technology. This award is presented during the Opening Ceremonies of the Conference to an individual selected from a list of nominees recommended by the Advisory Council and the IWC Executive Committee. For more information, see the Merit Award Page.
Who
should attend?
Because our Technical Sessions are organized around Functional Areas,
they apply to a broad range of industries including (but not limited to):
Automotive, Chemical, Microelectronics, Paper production, Primary Metals,
Semi-Conductor production, and Utilities. Typical attendee's job titles
often include: Utility supervisors, R&D Personnel, Engineers, Water
Chemists, Power Plant Operators, Business Development Managers,
Operations Managers, Plant Managers and Facility Supervisors, Academic
Research Directors/Professors and Graduate Students.
What
else does the IWC offer?
With over 70 years of technical papers and knowledge from some of the
