We are in full preparation for the 2012 International Water Conference® and the time has come to confirm your Info-Share Suite plans. As you know, the IWC Info-Share Suite Program has been a long-standing tradition for this 70+ year-old conference. Suites are a popular way to have extended time with clients and potential clients in a casual setting. With our return to San Antonio, Texas, we are planning for even greater attendance than past conferences.

COMPANY SUITE REQUIREMENTS
Following confirmation of your Suite, the Hilton staff will contact you directly to discuss your food and beverage needs and answer any questions you may have regarding room set-up, freight handling, check-in/check-out times and billing arrangements.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
To further promote your participation in the Info-Share Suite at IWC, we incorporate your promotional information into the conference brochures and on the IWC website, www.eswp.com/water . For this reason, we request a 50-word summary which can describe products/services on display in your suite or may just promote your company in general. This information will be used in the On-Site program guide, therefore this Company Description Form must be returned by September 23, 2012. Company Description Form can be found here.
