This year's host hotel will be the Hilton in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. Rooms are available for $159 standard/night + tax.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • One night's deposit is required to confirm reservation.

  • Rates published are applicable for single and double occupancy only. An extra person charge of $20 per person applies for three (3) or more people in a room. A city occupancy tax, currently 11.5% will be added to the published rates. Online reservations need to be guaranteed by one of the following credit cards: American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, VISA, MasterCard or JCB. Payment can be made by check or one of the credit cards listed above at the time of departure. Please note that it is hotel policy that any deposits made by a credit card will be charged immediately.

  • Rooms may not be available for check-in until after 3:00 p.m. Earlier occupancy subject to availability. Up to two children, under the age of 19, may stay free when occupying the same room as their parents. A limited number of rooms for guests with special needs, in accordance with ADA, are available.

  • All cancellations must be received by the hotel five (5) days prior to arrival to avoid being charged one (1) night's room and tax rates.

  • Please contact the hotel reservations department at 407-827-4000 to confirm your arrangements. Reservations must be made online by September 18, 2005. After that reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 407-827-4000. After check-in, guests checking out prior to the confirmed departure date will be charged a $50 administrative fee.

  • An acknowledgement from the hotel will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement via e-mail, fax or mail within 7 days after any transaction, please contact the Hotel.
