Booth Fee Includes:

  • Booth frame, draping, company sign, general carpeting, removal, storage and return of empty crates, general lighting and general cleaning

  • Additional exhibit-only passes for $75
  • Exhibiting companies are listed in the On-Site Conference Program including Contact name, Company address; phone and fax numbers, email address, and a brief description of the products or services of each exhibiting company.

8 ’ wide by 8' deep & Pre-Function Space booths: $1800.00

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booth space. Deposits will be applied toward the total booth fee, due June 1, 2012.

Exhibit Hall Bingo Game:

The IWC will again be offering the popular exhibit hall bingo game this year. This has proven to be an excellent tool to encourage attendees to circulate the exhibit hall. Participating exhibitors will have their booth number placed on a card that will be given to registered attendees. Attendees that visit every booth on the card will be eligible for a prize drawing. The drawing will be held on Wednesday, November 7. The fee to participate in this sponsorship will be $100.
